Shipping Policy:

Every package is professionally packed to ensure your artwork arrives undamaged. Your order will be shipped by either Federal Express, UPS or USPS and fully insured. All orders will have tracking numbers.

Returns and Refunds:

The artwork sold on this website is made to order and is not eligible for returns. Due to insurance requirements deliveries must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during delivery photograph both the packaging and damage to the artwork and email the information to vip@soaringwhales.com.
